Likeness Use Policy By enrolling at The Talent House, you grant permission for the studio to use your child’s name, image, video, voice, and likeness in photographs, video recordings, and digital content captured during classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio events. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes, including but not limited to: -Social media posts -Website content -Advertising and promotional materials Print or digital marketing Studio communications All content will be used respectfully and in a manner that reflects the values and professionalism of The Talent House. We do not sell or distribute likeness materials to third parties outside of studio-related promotion. If a parent or guardian prefers that their child’s likeness not be used, they must notify the studio in writing. Upon notification, reasonable efforts will be made to exclude the child from future marketing materials. This permission remains in effect unless withdrawn in writing.
